The Alzheimer’s Outreach Program Caregiver Support Group provides emotional, educational, and social support for family and friends of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Meetings for caregivers are held on the last Tuesday of every month from 6:00-7:30pm at the Hill House, 2nd floor, 1835 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
