The University of Pittsburgh has started a new Brain Exercise and Training Wellness Program called BRiTE.

The program was designed for individuals who have Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). MCI is a condition which describes mild memory problems in adults, which can be an early sign of Alzheimer’s diseaseor other forms of dementia. The BRiTE program utilizes research based activities targeting mental, physical and social stimulation.
