The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s research, care and support. With the number of Americans with Alzheimer’s expected to triple by 2050, there is an urgent need to address the escalating burden to caregivers and the healthcare system.  We will discuss how the Alzheimer’s Association can engage, support and provide positive outcomes to persons with dementia, caregivers and health care providers through disease education, care counseling, early stage initiatives, support groups and other programs and services.
