The Alzheimer Outreach Program Caregiver Support Group provides emotional, educational, and social support for family and friends of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. This meeting will be held on March 31st from 6:00 -7:30pm at the Elsie Hillman Hill House Kaufmann Center, 1825 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
