The Alzheimer Outreach Program Caregiver Support Group provides emotional, educational, and social support for family and friends of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
The Alzheimer Outreach Program Caregiver Support Group will be hosting its monthly meeting virtually the last Tuesday of the month from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. If you are interested in attending registration is required. For more information, please contact Melita Terry at terrymh@upmc.edu.
